Who are Arbour Cross Associates?

HR, Business Management and Education Consultants

Arbour Cross Associates is wholly owned and managed by John and Sue Casey with the purpose of facilitating consultancy and interim work in the HR, business management and education governance sectors.

The Company was created in December 2005, and has seen both John and Sue support different clients through those years - some as day rate contractors - others undertaken as direct fixed term employment contracts to meet clients' preferences.

Providing support to local education authorities, grant maintained schools and academies.  Offering services in:

- School governor training

- Academisation

- Independent incident investigation

Manufacturing

Providing support to organisations with a need for additional support in their manufacturing or operational base.  Working on a short term consultancy or interim management basis, offering services in:

- Project management

- Working with existing manufacturing teams to provide additional resource, coaching, or strategic expertise

 

 

 

People

Providing support to organisations looking to achieve significant people change.  Working on a short term consultancy or interim management basis, offering services in:

- Planning and executing people elements of organisational change programmes

- Aligning people culture and values with real business goals

- Prioritising people goals alongside broader business goals to establish realistic timescales and deliverables

 

How do we do what we do?

We believe that we will only achieve mutual success if we can agree that we have the right skills, knowledge and resources to deliver against your brief.  We will only find that out through having an open conversation about what you are trying to achieve, and testing whether we have the capability and resources to deliver that for you.

So we start with confidential, no commitment conversation, after which we will give you clarity on whether we believe we can deliver successfully for you.

We have no interest in taking on work that we do not believe we can do successfully, or in the frustration and difficult conversations that brings with clients.
